How we ship research orders across Canada and how payment works.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping methods and rates
- Canada Post Flat Rate Box: $20.00 CAD. Free on orders over $250.
- Canada Post Xpresspost: $30.00 CAD. Free on orders over $400, and free to British Columbia addresses.
Packaging
Orders are packed with temperature buffering, and Xpresspost orders include cold-pack protection, to help keep lyophilized materials stable in transit.
When your order ships
Your order is prepared for dispatch once your Interac e-Transfer has been received and matched to your order number. Delivery times depend on Canada Post and your location.
Payment
- We accept Interac e-Transfer only. We do not accept credit cards or cash on delivery.
- Send your e-Transfer to the email address shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
- Include your order number in the e-Transfer memo so we can match your payment quickly.
