Geno Bio Canada is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For any privacy question or request, email info@genobio.ca.

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and the products you order.
• Payment details: payments are made by Interac e-Transfer. We receive the sender name, amount and memo that your bank sends with the transfer. We do not collect or store card or bank account numbers.
• Account details: if you create an account, your name, email address and a securely stored password.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and similar data collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

• To process, match payments to, and ship your orders.
• To send order confirmations and reply to your questions.
• To maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Canada Post, to deliver your order.
• Our website hosting and email providers, which store our website data and send our emails.
• Google Analytics, which measures website traffic.

We may also disclose information when required by law. Some service providers may store or process data outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Email info@genobio.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their province.
